Fees
Patients wanting a consultation for possible cosmetic surgery are eligible for a discounted initial evaluation rate of
$95. Dr. Hawes will personally spend at least 30 minutes evaluating and discussing the procedures which are suitable for you. Fees for cosmetic surgery vary from $1,000 to
$15,000 depending upon the extent and nature of the operations performed.
Patients who have insurance coverage should bring their insurance card and are responsible for obtaining a referral prior to the examination. The insurance company will be billed by our office.
